摘要
(1)目的观察益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。(2)方法将100例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在其基础上口服益肾汤,共治疗12周。观察两组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24h尿蛋白定量、血脂等指标的变化。(3)结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.0%和54.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后上述指标,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)结论益肾汤联合西药对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of early diabetic nephropathy treated with YiShen Decoction.Methods A total of 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group had taken YiShen decoction for 12 weeks on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,and we observed the changes of the following indexes before and after treatment：FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,UAER,24 hurinary protein quantitation,TC,TG,Scr,BUN.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were92%and 54%respectively,there was significant difference,above the indexes in observation group was better than the control group,there was significant difference.Conclusion YiShen decoction combined with western medicine treatment has a good effect towards early diabetic nephropathy.
