利用红外光谱分析催化裂化平衡剂失活的原因

摘要 分别以吡啶(Py)、2,6-二叔丁基吡啶(DTBPy)为碱性吸附探针分子,采用红外光谱(IR)对催化裂化(FCC)新鲜催化剂(新鲜剂)及其平衡催化剂(平衡剂)进行了酸性表征,对比分析了平衡剂失活的原因。结果表明:FCC新鲜剂及其平衡剂的ADTBPy(DTBPy吸附峰面积)/APy(Py吸附峰面积)依次为1.05,1.75;平衡剂表面强酸酸性位的重油大分子可接近性高于新鲜剂,这造成FCC过程中焦炭、干气和液化气产率增加,进而导致平衡剂活性下降,裂化产品选择性变差。 The acid properties of FCC fresh catalyst and FCC equilibrium catalyst were characterized by IR spectra with pyridine(Py) and 2,6 - ditert - butylpyridine (DTBPy) as adsorption probe molecules to analyze the inactivation reason of FCC equilibrium catalyst. The results showed that the val- ue of ADTBPy ( adsorption peak area of DTBPy)/Avy (adsorption peak area of Py) for FCC fresh catalyst and FCC equilibrium catalyst was 1.05 and 1.75 respectively. The strong acid sites accessibility of FCC equilibrium catalyst was higher than that of FCC fresh catalyst, which could lead to the yield increasing of coke, dry gas and LPG during the FCC process,resulting in the decreasing of FCC equilibrium catalyst activity and degradation of cracking products selectivity.
