摘要
为响应国家所提出的节能环保政策,针对墙地砖干坯强度差等问题,在保证干坯强度的前提下,选取合适的增强剂和粘土种类制备建筑墙地砖。研究可塑性原料的种类和含量、成型压力以及分散剂等因素对墙地砖生坯干燥强度的影响。利用SEM和力学性能测试等手段对材料的显微结构和力学性能进行了表征与分析。实验结果表明:当CMC为0.1%,球土B含量为16%时,所制备的浆料粘度为1111 m Pa·s,具有良好的流动性,且成型后(成型压力为30 MPa)的生坯强度高达2.3 MPa,能够满足后续机械加工的要求。
In order to response the energy conservation and environmental protection policy proposed by our country, and on the guarantee of the green body strength, the green body of the building tile was prepared by using the appropriate reinforcing agent and clay. Effects of clay kind and content, molding pressure, and dispersion agent on the green body strength were studied. The microstructure and mechanical property of the building tile was characterized by SEM and mechanics test instrument respectively. The experimental results showed that when CMC was 0.1%, ball clay was 16%, the sample had excellent fluidity with monomer slurry of llll mPa ·s. When the molding pressure was 30 MPa, the bending strength of the green body reached 2.3 MPa, which can satisfy the requirements of subsequent machining.
