摘要
食药用菌因其营养价值和药用价值被认为是重要的食物,但其分子机制还不是很清楚。为了促进食药用菌相关分子机制的研究,总结了分子生物学技术在核酸、蛋白质以及核酸/蛋白质相互作用研究中的相关技术,分析了在食药用菌研究中的应用情况。目前食药用菌各类分子机制的研究还相对粗浅,相关的投入还相对不足,提出应加大投入、加强分子生物学技术在食药用菌研究中的应用,特别是像基因组编辑这样的新技术。
Edible/medicinal fungi are considered as important food for their nutritional and medicinal values,but information at the molecular level is still little known. In order to promote the study of related molecularmechanisms in edible/medicinal fungi, molecular biology techniques are summarized in the research of nucleicacids, proteins and nucleic acid/protein interaction, and the applications of molecular biology techniques in theedible and medicinal fungi research were analyzed. Current studies about the molecular mechanisms of edible/medicinal fungi are relatively shallow, and related investments are relatively less. The authors proposedsuggestions of increasing investment and strengthening the applications of molecular biology techniques in thestudy of edible/medicinal fungi, especially genome editing.
