摘要
目的:分析医学专业数字资源建设的现状、发展趋势、技术特征及热点专题,探讨需求与发挥效应的路径。方法:检索中国知识资源集成数据库(CNKI)2002-2015年间文献,进行文献年代分布、热点专题、研究层次等文献计量学分析,基于医学技术评阅高被引文献,并结合工作实践讨论示例。结果:有关数字资源的文献在2002-2015年间呈逐年增长趋势,2015年的文献量是2002年的5.58倍;热点专题聚焦在图书情报、相关信息技术与专业数字资源3个方面;文献评阅表明医学专业数字资源平台建设在循证医学、数字医学、精准医学、技术转移与技术服务、教育与科技创新、健康信息管理等领域展现出明确的效应。结论:医学专业数字资源库具有在技术上综合数字资源库难以取代的优势,加强其建设与推广应用,将助力医学大数据的整合分析,在服务于我国医疗卫生事业发展的进程中发挥作用。
Objective： to analyze the current situation, development trend and the effects of medical specialized digital resources. Methods： to search the literatures in China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database（CNKI） from 2002 to 2015, and analyze publication distribution of time, hot topics, research level of literature analysis in bibliometrics. To review the high cited literatures, discuss the examples based on working practice. Results： the literatures of digital resources from 2002 to 2015 is increasing annually, the amount of literature in 2015 was 5.58 times that of 2002, focus on the hot fields of library and information management, information technology and specialized digital resources. Literature review be concluded that the construction of medical specialized digital resources platform to show a significant effects on evidence-based medicine, precision medicine, digital medicine, technology transfer and technical services, education and innovation of science and technology, health information management etc. Conclusion： the medical specialized digital resources has technical advantages and difficult to replace by general digital resources, strengthen its construction and popularizing application will help large-scale medical data analysis, play a role in serving the development of China＇s medical and health in the process.
