摘要
目的优选温通膏的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计法,以乙醇浓度、提取次数、回流时间、乙醇用量为考察因素,以浸膏得率、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量为评价指标,加权综合评分,优选温通膏最佳提取工艺条件。结果温通膏最佳提取工艺为12倍量50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次120 min。结论所优选的工艺稳定可行,可作为温通膏的提取工艺。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Wentong Gao compound. Methods With ethanol concentration, reflux times, extraction time and ethanol fold-volume as the observation factors, and with extract yield, psoralen content and isopsoralen content as the evaluation indexes, L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize extraction process by weighted scores of multi-index. Results The optimum extraction process is obtained asrefluxing with 12-fold 50 % alcohol for 120 min, and extracting for 3 times. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and feasible for the extraction of Wentong Gao compound.
