摘要
目的 探讨Notchl和c-Met在结直肠癌中的表达及其与生成拟态及预后的关系。方法 选择2005年5月~2010年5月我院病理科收集与保存的结直肠癌病理标本60份（观察组）与正常结直肠组织标本60份（对照组）,都进行Notchl和c-Met蛋白表达的免疫组化分析,同时进行淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、分化类型、血管生成拟态与预后情况等一般资料调查。结果 Notchl和c-Met在观察组中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%和60.0%,在对照组中的阳性表达率分别为5.0%和6.7%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组中血管生成拟态阳性16例（26.7%）;1年生存率为83.3%;Notchl和c-Met表达在结直肠癌组织的不同Dukes分期、分化程度与淋巴结转移组织中的阳性表达率对比,差异亦有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,Notchl和c-Met表达与结直肠癌组织的血管生成拟态及预后情况存在明显正向相关性（P〈0.05）。结论 Notchl和c-Met在结直肠癌中呈现高表达,能反应结肠癌组织的Dukes分期、分化程度与淋巴结转移情况,也能影响血管生成拟态及预后状况,值得在临床上进行组化分析。
Objective To investigate Notchl and c-Met expression in colorectal cancer and its relationship with vascular mimicry and prognosis. Methods 60 colorectal cancer specimens in our hospital were selected and study group and controlled with 60 normal colorectal tissue specimens （control group）. Notchl and c -Met protein expression of the specimens were measured with immunohistochemistry. The lymph node metastasis, Dukes stage, type differentiation, lymph node metastasis, angiogenesis mimicry and prognosis were investigated. Results Notchl and c-Met expression positive rates in the observation group were 83.3% and 60.0%. Notchl and c-Met expression positive rates of the control group were 5.0M and 6.7%. Notchl and c-Met expression of observation group and control group were significant differenct （P〈0, 05）. In the observation group, there were 16 patients （26.7%） were vascular mimicry expression positive. The 1-year survival rate of observation group was 83.3%. The Notchl and c-Met expression positive rates in different Dukes stages of colon cancer tissue, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The expression positive rates of c-Met and Notehl were related to the vascular mimicry and prognosis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Notchl and c-Met exhibit high expression in colorectal cancer. They can be capable of reacting Dukes stages of colon cancer tissue, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis and affect vascular mimicry and prognosis.
