朗格汉斯细胞诱导免疫耐受的作用及机制研究进展

摘要 朗格汉斯细胞是位于表皮内的组织特异性树突细胞,其发育依赖于特异性自分泌以及环境因素,如转化生长因子β、白细胞介素10、紫外线与神经肽等。近年来研究揭示,朗格汉斯细胞在诱导免疫耐受方面的重要作用,参与并调控感染、过敏、肿瘤等多种皮肤及系统疾病,作用机制可能与特异性T细胞的清除、调节性T细胞的产生、共刺激分子表达抑制等相关。 Langerhans cells (LCs) are tissue-specific dendritic cells located in the epidermis. The development of LCs depends on specific autocrine signaling and environmental factors, such as transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β), interleukin-10 (IL-10), ultraviolet rays and neuropeptides. Recent researches have revealed that LCs play an important role in inducing immune tolerance, and participate in the regulation of multiple cutaneous and systemic diseases such as infection, allergy and tumors. The action mechanisms of LCs involve clearance of specific T cells, generation of regulatory T cells, inhibition of co-stimulatory molecule expression, and so on.
