摘要
以软枣猕猴桃雌、雄株不同发育时期的花蕾为材料,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA),对赤霉素(GA_3)、生长素(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)的含量进行了测定并对其动态变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:在软枣猕猴桃雌雄花发育过程中,GA_3和IAA含量增加有利于雌花的发育,ZR在雌雄花发育过程中起相反的调控作用,ABA对雌雄花性别分化的影响较小。在激素平衡中,ABA/ZR值高更有利于雄花后期花粉的成熟,(IAA+GA_3+ZR)/ABA维持较高的值更有利于雌花的发育。
During flower buds development of Actinidia arguta,content of plant endogenous hormones GA3,IAA,ZR and ABA in male and female flower buds was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),and dynamic variation was analyzed. The results showed that content increase of GA3 and IAA during the developing process of flower buds could accelerate female flower buds differentiation. High level of ABA content was beneficial to development of male flower buds. Regulatory role of ZR was opposite in male and female flower buds development. Changes of ratio ABA / ZR played a primary role,and high ratio could promote pollen maturation of male flower.High ratio of( IAA+GA3+ZR) / ABA was beneficial to female flower buds development.
