摘要
目的调查护理学院学生(护生)选择老年护理的就业意愿,分析其影响因素,为探索老年护理专业方向教育提供依据。方法应用一般资料调查问卷及护理学院学生选择老年护理就业意向的调查问卷对我校1098名在校生进行问卷调查。结果护生对老年护理就业意愿总体得分(79.22±15.04),对从事老年护理的工作的兴趣(24.69±5.64),专业设置的必要性得分为(16.95±4.03)。单因素分析发现,学习过老年护理学相关课程、有照顾老人经验、第一志愿是护理专业、就读护理专业的主要原因是喜欢为影响护生从事老年护理工作意愿的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医类高等医学院校要积极开设老年护理专业,增设老年护理相关课程教育,大力培养老年护理专科人才,满足社会化养老服务的需求。
Objective To investigate the College of Nursing student（ nursing students） for Elderly care employment will analyze the factors,to explore the direction of professional geriatric care provide the basis for education. Methods The general information questionnaire and Aged Care Nursing College students choose employment intentions survey for 1098 our school students conducted a questionnaire survey. Univariate analysis showed that studied gerontological nursing courses,care for the elderly have experienced,first choice is nursing,mainly studying nursing profession is like as affecting factors of nursing students in aged care work willingness,P values were less than 0. 05. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medical Colleges and Universities should actively seniors in nursing,aged care related courses additional education,vigorously develop elderly care specialist personnel,to meet the social needs of pension services.
