摘要
目的对钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者的治疗价值进行探讨。方法 2013年6月~2014年12月我院68例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者均行钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗,观察其手术疗效。结果术后本次所有研究对象均接受6~12个月随访,患者骨折平均愈合时间为（3.05±0.14）个月,Johner-Wruhs分级优良率为94.12%;术后并发症发生率为4.41%。结论应用钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者可获得显著疗效。
Objective To analysis plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of limbs long bone trauma fractures in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods 68 cases of limbs long bone fracture patients underwent plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment. Results Followed up for 6 ~ 12 months after operation,patients with fracture,the average healing time（305±0.14）months,the johner wruhs classification,the excellent and good rate was 94.12%,postoperative complication rate was 4.41%. Conclusion With plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of limbs long bone trauma fracture patients can obtain remarkable curative effect.
