摘要
目的:分析在二级综合性医院中中成药使用现状及针对问题提出相关处理对策。方法:随机抽取420份住院病历,根据中医药理论、《中成药临床使用原则》《中华人民共和国药典·临床用药须知·中药成方制剂卷》、药品说明书等,对中成药使用情况进行专项处方点评及统计分析,重点是其不合理使用情况,并提出处理对策。结果:中成药使用例数占全部病例的68.8%,其中中成药不合理用药比例达32.4%。结论:处理对策加强对中医药知识的学习;加强专项处方点评;加强中成药的不良反应监测;网络监控与合理干预。
Objective： To analyze the present situation of using Chinese patent medicine in second-class general hospital and provide certain solutions. Methods： Selected 420 medical records randomly,commented on and analyzed statistically the using of Chinese patent medicine according to TCM,Clinical Use of Chinese Patent Medicine,Chinese Pharmacopoeia,drug directions,etc. especially the unreasonable using of Chinese patent medicine and provided certain solutions. Results： The proportion of using Chinese patent medicine was 68. 8% in all cases, and the irrational drug use was 32. 4%. Conclusion：Strengthen learning the TCM knowledge; strengthen commenting on special prescription; Strengthen monitoring Adverse Drug Reactions of Chinese Patent Medicine; network monitoring and rational interventions.
