摘要
回弹是影响冲压件形状和尺寸精度的最关键因素。以某高强钢汽车加强板为研究对象,在其模具开发阶段,利用DYNAFORM软件建立了加强板冲压成形过程有限元模型,并对其成形和回弹过程进行分析。通过正交试验分析了模具间隙、冲压速度、压边力以及摩擦系数对回弹的影响规律,得到了优化的成形工艺参数,用于指导实际的试模生产,试模结果与模拟结果吻合。
Springback is the most important factor affecting stamping shape and dimension precision.In this paper,taking an automobile reinforcing plate made of high strength steel in the actual production project as the object,at the mold development stage,the finite element model of reinforcing plate stamping process was established with DYNAFORM software,and the reinforcing plate forming and springback were analyzed.By using the orthogonal test,the springback behaviors under different die clearances,punch velocities,the blank holder forces and the friction coefficients were investigated.The processing parameters were optimized and the corresponding experiment was conducted.The experimental results were in good agreement with the simulated results and the products were of good quality.It shows the validity of the numerical simulation method and provides the guiding for the mold design and processing parameters optimization in practice.
