摘要
为了不断提高发动机的性能(高推重比、低油耗),要求不断提高涡轮进口燃气温度。由于Ni Co Cr Al Y或Co Ni Cr Al Y粘结层的抗氧化、抗热腐蚀的综合性能较好,因此,目前的飞机发动机叶片所用的热障涂层大多采用这两种合金体系。针对MCr Al Y型粘结层来说,目前比较成熟的技术有等离子体喷涂,电子束物理气相沉积,另外,测控溅射沉积、爆炸喷涂、尤其是高速氧燃料喷涂方法也正在发展。
In order to improve the performance of the engine (high thrust to weight ratio,low fuel consumption),it is necessary to increase the turbine inlet gas temperature.The comprehensive performance of NiCoCrAlY or CoNiCrAlY bond coating in oxidation and hot corrosion resistance is good.Therefore,these two kinds of alloy systems are widely applied to thermal barrier coating in aircraft engine blades. At present,plasma spraying and electron beam physical vapor deposition are relatively mature technology for MCrAlY bonding layers. In addition,sputtering deposition,explosion spraying,as well as high velocity oxy fuel spraying are being developed.
