摘要
现代学徒制是将传统的学徒培训与现代学校教育思想相结合,依托校企合作培养高素质技术技能人才的一种职业教育制度。该教育制度充分发挥了学校在理论知识教学和企业实践培养的优势,将学校本位教育与工作岗位培训紧密结合,实现了工学结合、校企联合培养技术技能人才的目标,是全面提高职业教育人才培养质量、改革人才培养模式的重要实现形式。因此,探索中国特色现代学徒制人才培养模式,对我国高职教育的长足发展有至关重要的意义。
Modem apprenticeship is the traditional apprenticeship combine with the thought of the modem education in school. It is a vocational education system that relies on the university-enterprise cooperation to cultivate high-skilled talent. The education system give full play to the advantages in the theory of knowledge teaching and practice training, it is truly that the school-based education and job training are closely integrated, and achieve the goal of training technical skills by work-integrated learning and cooperation between school and enterprises, it is an important form of improving the vocational education personnel training quality and reforming the mode of personnel training. Therefore, exploring the modem apprenticeship training mode with Chinese characteristics is significance to the higher development of vocational education in China.
