摘要
目的探讨分析健康教育在儿童保健和预防接种中的效果。方法分析2012年1月至2014年1月我社区实施儿童保健与预防接种的1127例儿童接受保健及预防接种健康教育的家长进行研究分析。结果实施健康教育后,家长对儿童保健和预防接种的重视程度明显提高,知识的掌握明显加强,儿童家长的满意度明显提高。结论采取多种形式对适龄儿童家长进行内容丰富的保健及预防接种教育,不仅可以增加家长对社区的信任,提高儿童家长的满意度,避免或减少医疗纠纷的发生,同时还加强了家长对儿童保健和预防接种知识的掌握,提高儿童家长对计划免疫相关知识的知晓率,提高儿童保健及预防接种的质量,促进儿童健康成长。
Objective To explore the effects of health education on children health and vaccination.Method Analysis from January 2012 to January 2014 the community for the implementation of child care and prevention inoculation agalnst the 1127 cases of children receive care and health education through analyzing the parents.Result After the implementation of health education, parents of children to the importance of health care and vaccination increased signiifcantly, have a stronger grip, children＆#39;s parents satisfaction has improved signiifcant. Conclusion We should provide various forms of school-age children＆#39;s parents the rich contents of health education and vaccination, not only can increase the parents for the trust of the community, improve the children＆#39;s parents satisfaction, avoid or reduce the occurrence of medical disputes between medical staff and colleagues but also strengthened the parents of child health and vaccination knowledge mastery, improve the children＆#39;s parents‘knowledge awareness, improve the quality of child health and vaccination, promote the healthy growth of children.
