摘要
以2013年国家人口计生委流动人口动态监测调查数据为基础,建立线性回归模型后发现,郑州市新生代农民工的职业差异、劳动时间、流动时间等基本社会特征显著影响了他们的收入状况。新生代农民工的收入随着劳动时间和外出务工时间的增加而增长;单纯从事体力劳动在收入上处于劣势地位;而教育和性别对他们的收入影响不显著,说明现阶段郑州市的新生代农民工多集中在一些对文化水平要求不高、男女同工的行业中。
This paper builds up linear regression model, according to the data on migrant employees by the National Population and Family Planning Commission in 2013, and then finds that these factors, such as career, labor hours and floating years, are significant to the income of these new generation mi- grant workers in Zhengzhou City. Firstly, income increases as the labor hours and floating years increase. Secondly, income of mental labor is more than that of physical labor. At the same time, influence of edu- cation and gender on their income is not significant. This shows that, at this stage of Zhengzhou City, the new generation of migrant workers are more concentrated in some low - demanding industries where men and women work together.
