摘要
近年来,吉林省猪肉价格呈现明显的波动上涨趋势。本文从生猪生产、国民经济水平、养殖户预期等供给层面和居民收入水平、替代品价格以及其他因素的需求层面,分析了影响吉林省猪肉价格变动的主要因素。选择仔猪价格、城镇居民人均收入等9个指标,运用因子分析法进行评价,并提出相应对策。
In recent years,the pork prices have been a fluctuant rising trend in Jilin province. This paper analyzed the influential factors of pork price fluctuating from the aspects of supply and demand. The factors of demand were pork production,the national economy and famers＇ anticipation,and the factors of supply were income levels,price of substitutes and other factors. 9 indexes were chose from the influential factors,such as piglet prices and urban incomes. This paper evaluated the factors for pork prices by using factor analysis,and put forward some countermeasures.
