摘要
作者查阅相关文献,系统介绍了医务人员面临的职业危害因素,包括物理、化学、生物、心理因素等,并对主要职业危害因素对健康的影响进行了阐述。目前国内医务人员职业危害问题受关注程度不高,职业危害因素的联合作用仍有待深入探讨。只有做好职业病危害因素研究,积极开展职业病防护,才能确保医务人员的职业健康安全。
Based on related literatures,this paper introduces the medical workers＇ occupational hazards,including physical,chemical,biological and psychological hazards,and the effects of main occupational hazards on their health are expounded. At present,occupational hazards of medical workers have not attracted enough attention,the combined action of occupational hazards remains to be further discussed. Only to do well in occupational hazards research,to actively carry out occupational disease protection,can ensure the occupational health and safety of medical workers.
