摘要
通过数值解析法,分析热轧带钢在卷取机导板通道里面的运行轨迹。以上下导板为边界,以带钢头部不碰撞到导板为目标,推导出具体钢种和厚度的带钢卷取时的夹送辊最佳偏转角。该方法直观、准确,可为实际生产提供指导。
In this paper, based on numerical analysis method, the running track of hot strip in coiler guide plate channelwas analyzed. The guide plate boundary, to strip head not to bump into guide plate as the goal, strip concrete steel and the thickness of the roll of pinch roll optimum deflection angle is proposed. After analysis, the method is intuitive, accurate, and can provide guidance for practical production.
