摘要
采用电气浮技术处理采油污水,探讨了电极材料、电极形式、极板间距、电流强度、电导率等与处理效果之间的关系。结果表明,当电气浮时间为20 min,极板距离为1.5 cm,电流密度超过200 A,电极材料为石墨时,处理后污水的悬浮物含量、含油量、SRB及TGB含量分别由处理前的88.3 mg/L、106 mg/L、104,105个/mL下降到1.6 mg/L、2.1 mg/L、101个/mL和102个/mL。
Electro-floatation( EF)was used to dispose of oilfield wastewater. The effect of electrode mate-rials,electrode separation distance,current intensity,electrical conductivity on disposal was discussed. The experimental results showed when electro-floatation time was 20 min,electrode separation distance was 1. 5 cm,current intensity was 200 A,electrode material was graphite,the content of suspend solid,oil, SRB and TGB was reduced from 88. 3 mg/L,106 mg/L,104/mL and 105/mL to 1. 6 mg/L,2. 1 mg/L, 101/mL and 102/mL.
