摘要
探究反应温度、反应时间、冰乙酸用量对木素酰化的影响,以木素酰化物的疏水性(即瞬时接触角)变化为实验指标,确定出木素在离子液体中酰化的最佳工艺条件:反应温度120℃,反应时间2 h,木素与冰乙酸质量比1:7。在优化条件下进行多次重复实验,得到产物的瞬时接触角105°,疏水基团增多,初步认为木素被酰化;同时对木素及酰化物、离子液体及回收的离子液体进行了FR-IR表征。
The reaction temperature, reaction time, and ice acetic acid dosage in lignin acylation were explored. The optimum process conditions were determined with the changes of lignin acyl chloride hydrophobic (the instantaneous contact angle), the reaction temperature was 12WC, the reaction time was 2 h, the ratio of lignin and ice acetic acid was 1:7. The verified experiments were repeated under the optimized conditions, and the product of the instantaneous contact angle was 105°, the hydrophobic groups was increased, so the lignin was initially acylated in this condition. The lignin acylation, the fresh ionic liquid and recovered liquor were characterized by FT-IR, the spectrum of fresh and recovered liquor was similar so recovered liquor could be reused.
