摘要
钻井井控是石油勘探开发中的重要工作,如何实现钻井井控有针对性、有预见性,避免由于井喷失控而造成危害和损失,是石油工作者共同探讨的重要课题之一。围绕该课题,阐述了综合录井在井控中的重要性,针对起下钻与钻进过程,分析了综合录井以dc指数法为基础(成熟区有条件井可依据实测地层压力校正的dc指数),结合钻井液池体积、气测异常、钻井液出口流量与温度的变化以及相关特征参数,实现井筒压力的有效监测,确保井控安全。在此基础上,探讨了随着井控技术的发展和相应井筒检测手段研究的深入,综合录井现有井控监测技术与新的井筒井控监测技术相结合的途径,旨在提供更加可靠的井控监测技术,进而在确保井控安全的同时,实现优化钻井。
Well control while drilling is important in oil exploration and development,how to achieve a targeted and predictable well control while drilling and avoid damage and loss caused by blowout out of control is one of the important topics to be discussed.Around the subject,the paper explained the importance of comprehensive mud logging in well control.According to round-trip and drilling process,the authors analyzed that comprehensive mud logging can realize effective monitoring of wellbore pressure to ensure well control safety based on dc index(dc index can be corrected in qualified wells of mature regions in accordance with the observed formation pressure),and combined with drilling fluid pit volume,gas logging anomalies,drilling fluid outlet flow and temperature changes,as well as the relevant characteristic parameters.On this basis,with the further development of well control techniques and corresponding study on wellbore detection means,the existing well control monitoring techniques in comprehensive mud logging combining with new borehole well control monitoring techniques was discussed to provide more reliable well control technology,and thus ensuring well control safety and optimizing drilling.
