摘要
文章通过广泛检索国内外文献,在对现有针刺得气类评测工具的设计及应用相对比的基础上,系统介绍了现行得气类评测工具的发展及应用情况,并对针刺得气、针感、得气的客观化研究及相关评测方法展开讨论。经过十余年来的发展演变,得气类评测工具虽然已从早期基于疼痛感觉相关的测量逐渐拓展到对与得气相关的情绪、感觉传导等不同内涵变化的关注,但在目前依然缺乏能够得到普遍认可的针刺得气评测工具的背景下,本文指出得气量表的构建应与临床紧密结合,充分考虑得气本身具有多维度复杂性的内涵,从整体结构的设置上完善评价指标的设置,从而为得气在临床治疗中的客观量化发挥的作用以及相应评测工具的构建提供更加合理的评判方法和参考依据。
Through extensive retrieval of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper systematically introduced the development and application of current gas evaluation tools based on the comparison of the design and application of existing acupuncture arrival of qi evaluation tools,and discussed on arrival of qi in acupuncture,needling sensation,objective study of arrival of qi,and related evaluation methods.After more than ten years of development and evolution,the measurement of evaluating tools of arrival of qi in acupuncture has gradually expanded from early pain perception to different connotation changes such as emotion and sensory conduction.However,there is still a lack of commonly accepted measurement tools of arrival of qi in acupuncture.This paper points out that the construction of the arrival of qi meter should be closely integrated with the clinic,fully consider the connotation of multi-dimensional complexity,and improve the evaluation index from the overall structure,to provide a more reasonable evaluation method and reference for the role of the objective quantification of the arrival of qi in the clinical treatment and the construction of the corresponding evaluation tools.
