摘要
简要回顾了过去10年国内外全球变化研究计划的发展历程,介绍了下一个10年国际全球变化研究的新框架,探讨了中国面临的机遇和挑战,提出了国家自然科学基金“十五”期间支持方向的建议。
In this paper, development of global change programme in the last decade is briefly reviewed. The new structure of global change in the next decade is introduced, and our opportunities and challenges are discussed. The supporting research areas of NSFC during the Tenth Five-Year Plan are proposed.
