摘要
目的 研究康复训练对脑梗死大鼠大脑皮质 Fos,Hsp70表达的影响 .方法 采用 6 0只 SD大鼠制作脑梗死模型 ;1d后随机分为康复组和制动组 ;康复组每天给予平衡、抓握、旋转、行走等训练 ,制动组置于网状笼内固定 ,各组在 1,7,14,2 1和 2 8d检测 Fos,Hsp70蛋白表达 .结果 康复组和制动组大鼠大脑皮质出现 Fos和 Hsp70阳性反应神经元 ,康复组反应明显较制动组强 ,对侧较梗死侧多 .结论 康复训练可激活脑梗死大鼠大脑梗死灶周围和对侧相应皮质神经元功能 ,促进运动功能恢复 .
AIM To study the effect of rehabilitation training on the expression of Fos and Hsp70 in the cortex of cerebral infarcted rats. METHODS Sixty SD rats were given cerebral infarction and divided into 2 groups at random 1 d later: rehabilitation group was given balancing, grasping, rotating and walking exercises everyday, while immobilization group was fixed in cages. Immunohistochemistry was used to intect the Fos and Hsp70 expression 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d after infarction respectively. RESULTS Fos like immune reaction and Hsp70 active neurons appeared in cortex of both sides.Rehabilitation group responded stronger than the immobilization group and the contralateral cortex stronger than that around the infarction area. CONCLUSION Rehabilitation training can activate the neurons around the infarction and in the contralateral cortex, and thus promote the recovery of rats' motor functions.
