摘要
刑事和解是二十世纪中叶西方国家出现的一种新的刑事思潮 ,它对西方的刑事立法和司法实践产生了深远的影响 ,本文对刑事和解的产生、蕴涵、实践和发展作了系统的介绍 ,并提出了在我国引入刑事和解的构想。
Criminal Reconciliation is the trend of criminal thought borne in the middle of the 20th century in the West. It has a profound effect on the criminal legislation and the justice practice. This article introduces the birth, implication, practice as well as the development of the criminal reconciliation in detail. Then author puts forth advice on constructing the criminal reconciliation in our country.
