Desulfuration of Gasoline by Photocatalytic Oxidation over Ti-USY Catalyst

摘要 以钛酸四正丁酯为钛源,采用浸渍法制备了固载TiO2的超稳USY分子筛(Ti-USY)催化剂,通过XRD,FTIR,TGDTA,UV-Vis等方法对催化剂进行了表征。在紫外光照射下,以噻吩模拟汽油为原料,进行了光催化氧化脱硫实验,考察了Ti-USY催化剂的焙烧温度、TiO2负载量对脱硫率的影响;并以催化裂化汽油为原料,考察了Ti-USY催化剂的再生及重复使用性能。实验结果表明,在焙烧温度500℃、TiO2负载量为15%(w)的条件下,可得到高度分散的锐钛矿型Ti-USY催化剂,该催化剂具有较高的光催化活性,在最佳反应条件下,模拟汽油脱硫率可达84.1%;该催化剂经过7次再生重复使用,催化裂化汽油脱硫率仍达57%以上,可满足国Ⅳ汽油硫含量标准。 TiO2-USY zeolite(Ti-USY) photocatalysts were prepared by impregnation using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, TG-DTA and UV-Vis. The performances of Ti-USY in the desulfurization of simulated gasoline with thiophene by photocatalytic oxidation under UV irradiation were studied. The effects of calcination temperature of Ti-USY and TiO2 loading on the desulfurization rate were investigated. The results indicated that highly disperse anatase type Ti-USY catalyst could be attained under the conditions of calcination temperature of 500 ℃ and TiO2 loading of 15%(w). Under suitable conditions, the desulfurization rate of the simulated gasoline over the catalyst could reach 84.1%. After the catalyst was reused seven times, the desulfurization rate of FCC gasoline could still reach more than 57%.
