开关阀用超磁致伸缩致动器磁场及伸长量的仿真分析

摘要 为满足开关阀行程要求,提出一种带位移传递机构的致动器结构,研究其在不同频率下的磁感应强度分布和伸长量。建立了电磁学计算模型,然后用ANSYS软件进行仿真,并将数据导入MATLAB中进行处理,得到不同频率下磁场分布图像;采用新方法平均径向磁场并计算伸长量。最后得到:随电流频率增加,涡流效应增强,棒和筒的磁感应强度会降低;平均强度分布上棒两端低中间高,筒上强度在远离输出端处较低;棒的伸长量始终高于筒。所得结论对于器件结构设计具有指导意义。 A new giant magnetostrictive actuator with displacement transmission mechanism was present to meet the requirements of the switching valve stroke. The distribution of magnetic induction intensity and elongation of the giant magnetostrictive actuator under different frequencies were studied. Electromagnetic computational model was established, and then the data obtained by ANSYS soft- ware simulation were imported into MATLAB for processing the images of different frequency magnetic field, and the average radial magnetic field was gotten by new way to calculate the elongation. The conclusions are: the eddy current effect increases and the mag- netic induction density of the rod and cylinder will be reduced with the current frequency increases ; the average intensity of the rod at both ends is low andi the middle is high, while the cylinder is low when away from the output; the elongation of the rod is always higher than that of cylinderi These conclusions are of guiding significance during device design.
