摘要
目的:探讨骨肽注射液促进四肢骨折愈合的效果及对红细胞相关指标的影响。方法:选取2012年1月～2013年2月于本院进行治疗的78例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规四肢骨折治疗,39例)和观察组(常规治疗加骨肽注射液,39例),统计和比较两组上、下肢骨折患者的愈合时间、并发症发生率及治疗前后的肿胀程度、红细胞相关指标。结果:观察组上、下肢骨折患者的愈合时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗后不同时间的肿胀程度及红细胞相关指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:骨肽注射液可有效促进四肢骨折愈合及降低并发症的发生,且对红细胞相关指标也有积极的影响。
Objective：To investigate and study effect of ossotide injection on erythrocyte related indexes of patients with limbs fracture.Methods：A total of 78patients with limbs fracture in our hospital from January 2012to February 2013were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment group） and observation group（routine treatment and ossotide injection group）by half,then the healing time,incidence of complications and swelling degree,erythrocyte related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：The healing time of observation group with different fracture were shorter than those of control group,incidence of complications were lower than those of control group,swelling degree,erythrocyte related indexes at different time after the treatment were all significantly better than those of control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion：Ossotide injection can effectively promote the healing of limbs fracture and controlling the incidence of complications,and it also has influence on erythrocyte related indexes.
