摘要
目的:优选艾纳香中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮,以提取率为考察指标,用正交设计方法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,其优选工艺为A3B2C1D3,即药材加30倍量的50%乙醇,80℃水浴回流提取1 h。结论:艾纳香中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为药材加30倍量的50%乙醇,80℃水浴回流提取1 h。利用此工艺,艾纳香总黄酮提取率为17.48%。
Objective : To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Blumea balsamifera Dc. Methods : The content of total flavonoids was-determined by UV. The optimal extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design and the extraction quantity was regarded as the investigated index. Results:The optimal extracting condition was A3 B2 C1 D3 with the extraction quantity of total flavonoids as the investigated index,adding thirty times amount of 50% ethanol, 1.0 hour of reflux at 80℃. Conclusion:The optimal extraction technology is adding thirty times amount of 50% ethanol, 1.0 hour of reflux at 80℃ of total flavonoids in Blumea balsamifera Dc. Flavonoids yield could reach 17.48% when using this extraction technology.
