摘要
发展县域高等教育,构建为县域发展服务的县域高等教育体系;促进我国高等教育大众化向县域拓展;建立我国高等教育强国大厦的县域战略根基;不仅开创我国县域发展的新局面,也开启中国高等教育发展的新篇章,是我国新时期县域发展和高等教育发展的划时代的必然选择。
Developing the county-level higher education is to construct the county-level higher educational system which serves the county-level development, promote the popularization of China＇ s higher education into counties, and lay a county-level strategic foundation for building China into a great power in higher education. It not only breaks new ground for the county-level development in China, but also turns a new leaf in the development of China＇ s higher education. Thus, it is an absolute choice of this era for the county-level development of the new period and the development of higher education in China.
