摘要
乘用车导购是根据汽车销售企业销售顾问岗位"乘用车导购"典型工作任务,按照工作过程系统化的要求,转换而来的一门学习领域课程。通过本课程的学习,学生具备完成乘用车客户开发与接待、产品介绍、购车手续办理和售后服务跟踪等工作任务的能力。在本课程的设计中教学目标的设置突出职业能力的培养,教学设计按照"能力训练"项目进行,学生评价上强调职业素养考核与职业技能考核并重。
"Passenger ear shopping guide" is based on the car sales business sales consultant jobs "Passenger ear shopping guide" typical tasks, in accordance with the requirements of the work process systematization, converted from an area of stu- dy courses.
