摘要
汽车天窗滑轨型材具有截面结构复杂、难于挤压等特点。所以合理的模具设计方案是型材能否成功挤压生产的关键,HyperXtrude软件的发展将设计方案转变为模拟挤压变成可能。通过分析模拟挤压结果,可以及时地发现型材挤压过程中出现的缺陷,对设计方案进行调整,达到优化模具设计的目的。
The cross-seetion structure of aluminum profile for sunroof slide rails is complex and difficult to extrude. Mold design is the key for the profile extrusion. The development of HyperXtrude software makes it possible from the design plan to virtual extrusion. Extrusion defects in the process can be found through the analysis on simulation extrusion, and then the design will be adjusted reasonably, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the mold design.
