摘要
为了研究限压型低压电涌保护器级间能量配合的保护方式,参考IEEE工作组提出的MOV冲击等效电路模型,利用EMTP电磁暂态仿真软件来模拟在8/20μs、10/350μs两种冲击电流波作用下两级SPD最有效的配合保护方式。仿真结果得出在8/20μs冲击电流波作用下采用高-低配合的方式,而在10/350μs冲击电流波作用下采用低-高配合的方式是最为合理的。为敏感电子设备的防雷保护提供了参考依据。
In order to study on the cooperation between levels of voltage-limiting low voltage SPD, a way to simulate the best cooperation between two-level SPD under the 8/20μs and the 10/350μs impact current by using the electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) simulation is presented. The MOV impulse equivalent circuit model is referenced by working group of IEEE. The simulation result is that the high-low coordination which under 8/20μs impulse current and the low-high coordination which under 10/350μs impulse current is the best way. A reference basis of lightning protection for sensitive electronic equipment is provided.
