摘要 石油工程领域中的焊接结构存在多种类型,其应用条件各不相同,对结构用钢的性能提出了不同的要求。综述了焊接技术在我国油气储运、钻采机械、石油化工机械和海洋平台等石油工程建设中的应用现状。随着石油工程建设中焊接结构复杂化程度的增加和应用条件的不断提高,解决其相关焊接关键技术将是未来石油工程建设中的重要发展方向。 In the 21st century,steel material plays a key role in the structural materials for petroleum and petrochemical industry in China and the world.As an important method of material forming,welding technology is one kind of indispensable metal processing technology in modern industrial production,and widely used in petroleum engineering construction field.There are many types of welding structures in the field of petroleum engineering,and their application conditions are different from each other,so different requirements are put forward for the property of structural steel.This paper summarizes the application status of welding technology in oil and gas storage and transportation,drilling machinery,petrochemical machinery and offshore platform.As the complication degree of welding structure increases and application conditions of that become severer and severer in petroleum engineering construction, solving related key welding technology will be an important development direction of petroleum engineering construction in the future.
