摘要 随着全世界汽车工业的快速发展,汽车用厚铜电源板的需求正呈现快速增长趋势,这就要求有能力生产厚铜电源板的厂家尽力寻求效率最高、质量最好的加工方法。然而众所周知,由于厚铜电源板铜箔太厚(普通板铜厚的5~12倍),在钻孔过程中会产生大量长度超过20000μm的钻屑,因此经常出现铜屑堵孔、堵塞机床真空管路、断刀、钻孔毛刺大、孔边铜箔突起、孔壁粗糙度大、孔位偏差大等严重影响产品质量与加工效率的问题,这些问题虽然通过降低叠层、增加跨孔停顿时间可以获得相对缓解,但却因此损失了较大的产能。随着线路板行业利润率越来越低、各企业都在研究各种先进工艺以提高生产效率并获取利润率的今天,这种低效率是不能忍受的。弊司在普通(120~160)krpm数控钻床上,运用独自研发的特殊断屑工艺、最佳的钻削参数以及对刀具的合理控制与研究,成功解决了钻屑堵孔及堵塞真空管路的问题,从而使钻孔过程中存在的其它一系列问题迎刃而解,真正实现了420μm以上超厚铜线路板的高速钻削。本文主要着眼于钻孔量产时的几个关健点,即钻削抗力、钻削参数、刀具控制进行技术分析评价。 Along with the world automobile industry's fast development, the automobile is presenting the swift growth tendency with the thick copper power panel's demand, this requests to have ability to produce the thick copper power panel's factory to seek the efficiency to be highest with every effort, the quality best processing method. However well known, because the thick copper power panel copper foil is too thick (ordinary board copper thick 5-12 times), will have the massive lengths in the drill hole process to surpass 20000 ktm the drilling, will present the copper filings to stop up the hole, the jamming engine bed vacuum line frequently, to break the knife, to swell the mouth, the drill hole burr to be big, opening wall roughness will be big, hole position deviation big and so on serious influence product quality and processing efficiency question, although these questions through will reduce fold the level, to increase the cross hole stop time to be possible to obtain the relative alleviation, but actually therefore lost in a big way has produced energy. Is getting more and more low along with the line board profession profit margin, various enterprises are studying each advanced craft to raise the production efficiency and to gain profit margin today, this kind of low efficiency cannot endure. The shortcoming department on the ordinary (120-160)krpm numerical control drilling machine, the special chip breaking craft which the utilization alone researched and developed, best drills truncates the parameter as well as to cutting tool's reasonable control and the research, the success solves the drilling to stop up the hole and the jamming vacuum line's question, thus caused other a series of questions which in the drill hole process existed to be easily solved, has obtained the maximum production efficiency before under quality assurance's premise(is improvement 3.75 times), realized above 420 μm the thick copper power panel to drill high speed truly truncates.
