摘要
介绍了一种协同工作过程的分析方法,选择办公室支持系统分析与设计(OSSAD)方法作为协同工作应用程序分析的基本方法,并提出了几点改进意见,其中包括模型的二维空间和信息流图.当将其应用于群体工作模型分析,尤其是应用于工作流应用程序时。
A method is introduced for analyzing the co operative work process. The OSSAD (office support system analysis and design) method is selected for co operative applications analysis. To this end, several improvements which consist of an organizational dimension to the models and an information flow diagram are proposed for group work model analysis, particular for workflow application. The analysis and design process can be optimized.
