摘要
目的提高对特定低龄阶段人群意外伤害的认识，提出针对性的健康教育指导建议。方法回顾性分析2009年10月-2011年6月镇江市急救中心院外救治的158例7—14岁儿童的腐历资料。结果7。14岁儿童的意外伤害以交通伤、坠落伤为主，分别占48．73％和22．78％男性多于女性（2．04：1）。结论儿童健康教育应积极应对意外伤害，通过有目的的安全意识教育、自救互救教育、心理卫生教育等预防、降低儿童意外伤害的发生。
Objective To improve the specific stage of young people＇s awareness of accidental injuries, and make recommendations for health education. Methods The medical records of 158 cases of children aged 7 to 14. from October 2009 to June 2011 in Zhenjiang pre-hospital emergency center were analyzed Results Traffic and fall injuries are the main injury in 7 to 14 year-old children accounted for 48.73% and 22.78% respectively,. Conclusion Child health education should pay more attention to injuries, such as safety awareness education, self-help and mutual aid education, mental health education, prevention, to reduce the child trauma.
