摘要
目的优选预知子中α-常春藤皂苷(3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖常春藤皂苷)的提取工艺。方法采用HPLC法测定α-常春藤皂苷,以转移率为考察指标,对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数进行逐一考察。结果适合生产的预知子中α-常春藤皂苷最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶8,回流提取2次,每次1.5 h,在此条件下,转移率高达98.40%。结论优选得到的工艺合理、稳定、可行,为确定预知子提取工艺提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To establish an optimal extraction technique for Saponins PD(3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→ 2)-a-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin) from Fructus Akebiae. Methods The content of Saponins PD was determined by HPLC, and transfer percent was used as examination parameter. The trial was performed by investigating several factors affecting extraction efficiency of Saponins PD, such as ethanol concentration, material-liquid ratio, time for extraction and extraction times. Results The suitable production process of the optimal extraction procedure ot Saponins PD from Fructus Akebiae was found as follows: refluxing extraction for 2 times with 8 times of 70 % ethanol, 1.5 hours each time, and materialliquid ratio being 1 : 8. Under the above conditions, a transfer percent as high as 98.40 % was obtained. Conclusion The present method is reasonable, stable and feasible, which will provide a reliable way for the extraction of Saponins PD from Fructus Akebiae.
