摘要
目的:分析精神分裂症患者MMPI测图的特点,了解患者的人格特征及对临床诊断的辅助意义。方法:对55例住院精神分裂患者(其中男性26例,女性29例)的MMPI测查结果进行分析。结果:精神分裂患者呈现典型的L<F>K型效度量表分数分布,同时在临床量表得分中以偏执(Pa)量表最高,精神分裂(Sc)量表其次的典型6-8两点测图分布样。结论:MMPI为良好的精神分裂症诊断辅助工具,在临床实践中适宜结合使用。
Objective：To analyze patients with schizophrenia MMPI characteristics mapping to understand the personality characteristics of patients and the clinical diagnosis of secondary significance. Methods ：55 patients hospitalized schizophrenic patients （26 males, 29 females） of the MMPI Testing Results of the analysis. Results ： The schizophrenic patients showed typical L 〈 F 〉 K - type scale score distribution and validity, while the clinical scale score and paranoia （Pa） scale up, schizophrenia （Sc） scale was followed by two typical 6 - 8 mapping the distribution sample points. Conclusions： MMPI diagnosis of schizophrenia for the good support tool, in combination with appropriate clinical practice.
