摘要
多糖是单糖通过糖苷键连接而成的聚合物,具有广泛的生物活性。结合本实验室多年的实验研究,综述了近年来国内外多糖类成分在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、心脑血管系统疾病、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎、抗辐射等方面的生物活性研究状况。
Polysaccharides are polymers of monosaccharide units joined together by glycosidic bonds. Studies have shown that polysaccharide exhibit significant biological activities. In this review, the biological activities of immunomodulating, antitumor, cardiovascular system disease, antiviral, antioxidation, anti-inflammatory and radioprotective of polysaccharides are reviewed.
