2,133短时体外受精-胚胎移植周期的回顾性分析 被引量：2

摘要 影响体外受精胚胎移植（IVF—ET）成功率的因素很多，其中受精情况直接关系到治疗效果，受精率低、异常受精率高，将导致卵的浪费。受精结局与卵的成熟度、卵的质量、精子的质量、加精浓度、培养条件等均有一定的关系。为了分析加精浓度对受精结局的影响，本研究回顾性对照分析了两种加精浓度的实验室资料与妊娠结果。
