分根区干湿交替对玉米光合速率及蒸腾效率的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以玉米为材料研究了分根区干湿交替对叶片光合速率及蒸腾效率的影响,实验结果发现控制1/2根区交替供水和固定1/2根区供水在减少用水量的同时,叶片蒸腾速度明显下降,而光合速率变化不明显,蒸腾效率提高;控制1/2根区交替供水比固定1/2根区供水在光合速率维持高水平稳定时所要求的土壤含水量低,其蒸腾效率较高。干湿交替能够增加根冠比、根干重和根条数.证明控制性分根交替灌溉可提高玉米蒸腾效率达到节水的目的。 Photosynthesis rate (Pn) and transpiration efficieney (WUE) change on maize plant was studied in alternate drying-wetting, The result showed that controlled 1/2root divided alternate irrigation and 1/2 root-divided fix irrigation can decrease water consumption and transpiration rate. But Pn is not decreased significantly and then increase WUE. In same soil water content,WUE and Pn of controlled roots-divided alternate irrigation is higher than that of 1/2 roots-divided fix irrigation. Alternate dryingwetting can in crease root dry weight ratio of root to shoot and root number. It is concluded that controlled roots-divlded alternative irrigation is the practicable technology of water-saving.
