摘要
用微波辅助提取玫瑰花中总黄酮,利用响应曲面法对提取工艺参数进行优化研究。通过典型性分析得出最优的工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%,提取时间31 s,提取液料比20:1(mL/g)。在此条件下提取玫瑰花总黄酮得率理论可达到0.903 11%,验证实验条件下实际最大值0.897 02%。
Processing parameters microwave-assisted extraction of general flavonoids in rose were optimized by the response surface method.Results showed that the optimum parameters are as follows: ethanol concentration 50 %(volume ratio),time 31 s,ratio of solution-solid 20:1(mL/g).On these conditions,the theoretic extraction rate is 0.903 11 %,and the practical extraction rate is 0.897 02 %
