摘要 结直肠癌(colorectal carcinoma,CRC)是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,随着中国生活条件和饮食习惯的改变,CRC发病率呈明显上升趋势。因此,对CRC发生、发展的机制以及早期诊断标志物的研究是目前CRC研究的重点。自研究者在秀丽隐杆线虫(C.elegans)中发现了第1个定时调控胚胎后期发育的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)(Iir-4)以来,
