摘要
现栾川地区浮钼尾矿普遍采用"彼得洛夫法"浮选白钨矿,导致选矿成本居高不下、工艺复杂、工人劳动强度增大。针对这一情况该试验采用常温浮选法进行白钨矿综合回收试验研究。在原矿品位约0.062%的情况下,通过小型闭路试验得到含WO322.56%的白钨精矿、回收率达到83.02%。
"Peter Lofe Law" has been commonly used in molybdenum tailing flotation of Luanchuan,leading to the high cost of mineral processing,process complexity and increased work load.In accordance with this situation,scheelite flotation at room temperature is applied to recycle scheelite.Through a small closed-circuit test,tungsten concentrates with WO3 22.56% is obtained our of Ore grade of about 0.062% with the recovery rate attaining 83.02%.
