摘要
对[ 12]Cu-7Al(原子分数,%)单晶体在循环形变中的应变突发现象进行了研究结果发现:在塑性应变幅γP1=22×10-4和γP1≥2.2×10-3的条件下,表现出循环形变稳定性,循环应力随循环数增加无波动;但在γP1=4.4×104-1.1×10-3的范围内,出现循环应力波动,发生了应变突发.在相同应变幅下,应变突发频率随循环数的增加而减小,随应变幅的增大而增大;应变突发时应力降低值D随应变幅的增大而减小,分析了试样在2.
The strain burst behavior of [112] Cu-7Al(atomic fraction,%) single crystals during cyclic deformation was studied in this paper. The results showed that the cyclic stress response behavior si stable at γp1 =2.2 × 10-4 and γp1≥ 22.2 x 10-3. At γp1 =4.4 × 10-4 - 1. 1 × 10-3, strain burst occurs. The frequency of strain burst decreases with cycling at the same strain amplitude and the frequency of strain burst increases and the stress drop D decreases with increasing the strain amplitude. The evolution of surface slip feature was analysed at γp1 =2. 5 × 10 -3.
