摘要
校企合作中,企业追求经济利益的最大化,学校追求办学任务和效益的最优化,学生追求成才和就业的便捷化。要使校企合作顺利进行,关键在于使企业、学校和学生找到校企合作的结合点,都能从中受益,体现"多赢"。石家庄职业技术学院建筑工程系创新实施"多学段"教学组织形式,将职业素质教育融入教学过程,加大企业专业人才承担专业技能教学任务的比重,取得了显著效果。
In the school-enterprise cooperation,enterprise pursues maximal profit,while school the educational optimization and easy employment of students.Successful school-enterprise cooperation lies in a proper point where enterprise,school and students are all benefited.Architectural department applies the curriculum of learning more from practice,inviting enterprise engineers to classrooms.Likewise,significant success is achieved.
