摘要 在传统的反电动势过零硬件检测无刷直流电机转子位置方法的基础上,利用检测的任意两路线电压信号来实时计算相反电动势过零信号,从而得到其过零点,再延迟30°电角度即为实际的换相信号。基于该反电动势软件计算法构建了无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制调速系统,仿真和试验均表明:该系统能够准确估算换相信号,具有较好的动、静态特性和抗负载扰动能力。 A novel scheme of rotor estimation for brushless DC motors was proposed based on traditional hardware sensing of zero-crossing of back EMF. The zero-crossing of unexcited phase back EMF was obtained by calculating line voltage and actual commutation signal was also available using above zero-crossing of back EMF shifted by 30°. The sensorless control system for BLDCM was constructed based on the proposed method of calculation of back EMF. The simulation and experimental results showed that the system can estimate commutation points accurately and had good dynamic and static performance.
